- Students attend an initial no-commitment trial session where they undergo a thorough assessment in English and maths (depending on requirements) and this is fed back to parents along with recommendations
- On sign-up, parents receive a comprehensive written report with recommendations which they can keep for their records
- Parents receive a half-termly written report detailing student progress and planned learning as well as fees which vary according to the length of the haringey half term
- Students attend a weekly 90-minute session studying English / Maths, or both, following the recommendations in the report initially
- Parents are issued with weekly homework instructions as well as teaching advice and comments on student progress where appropriate
- Parents are afforded a brief face to face chat about progress each week following the lesson
- Tuition is chiefly class-based although one-to-one tuition is available on request
- Students tend to stay long term; many students sign up at primary age and continue throughout secondary school
